Bills is a Surry Hills café-restaurant that is popular as a  breakfast and brunch spot, but also serves delicious lunch and dinner dishes all-day. A classic, timeless, and clean-cut café-resto, Bills has been in operation since 1993 in its original location in Darlinghurst, and eventually opened branches in Surry Hills. Some of the Bills’ highest-rated items are its Australian classic breakfast staple, ricotta pancakes, and their crowd-favourite schnitzels (available in veal and chicken options). The ambiance is always a cozy, homey one, with just enough splashes of fun art to keep it visually interesting for families, couples, and young crowds alike
